Low Flat Rates. With Blue Ribbon Taxi, you know exactly how much your ride will cost before you arrive at your destination. If you’d like a list of flat rates between downtown Chicago and the suburbs, please call our office between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 773-279-4100 Ext. 226.
Fast Credit Card Approval. When you are running late, just tell the driver that you want to pay your fare using the credit card, then give him or her the amount. The amount can be approved before you arrive, saving you valuable minutes.
Prompt service that’s satellite dispatched 24 hours a day. With Blue Ribbon Taxi Association, you can get door-to-door service to wherever, whenever. We’re small enough to offer personalized service, but large enough to be efficient.

Lost And Found. Blue Ribbon Taxi Association takes great pride in our drivers returning lost items. On any given day Blue Ribbon Taxi Association receives a dozen items.
If you have lost an item in one of our cabs, please call us immediately. The sooner we hear from you the easier it will be to track down your misplaced item.

When you call we will need as much information about the item as possible. Cab numbers and color of the cab are very important, as are date, time, and drop-off location – all key details that help us get your belongings back to you.

Passengers’ Bill of Rights & Responsibilities
- Your cab driver is licensed and must be courteous to you at all times.
- Your cab must be clean, comfortable, and safe.
- The shortest or the requested route should be taken to your destination.
- A receipt should be provided upon request.
- Your cab driver must follow all traffic rules and regulations.
- Heat or air conditioning should be turned on/off at your request.
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the vehicle.
- For your safety, use the curb-side door to exit the vehicle.
- For your safety, wear your seat belt.
- Remember to check your belongings before exiting the cab.
- Promptly pay your fare after reaching your destination.
- Treat your cab driver with respect and courtesy.
- Cell phone usage by the driver is prohibited, except in emergencies.
